How to Book

Booking your appointment is simple. Choose your preferred service, select a stylist, and request a time that works best for you. For new clients or major color changes, we may ask you to complete a short digital consultation form before booking. This helps us understand your hair history, goals, and the best service plan for your appointment.

For complex color services such as lived-in blonde, color corrections, major transformations, or first-time blonding, a consultation is required before we confirm your booking. This ensures we schedule the right amount of time and create a realistic plan for your hair.

We kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us enough time to offer the spot to another guest.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, depending on the service booked and the stylist’s schedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your appointment.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee and may require a deposit for future bookings. We value your time and our team’s time, so we appreciate your understanding and respect for these policies.

Should I wash my hair before a color appointment?

You don’t need freshly washed hair, but please arrive with hair that is clean, dry, and free from heavy oils, sprays, or styling products.

Do I need a consultation before booking color?

For simple touch-ups, usually no. For new clients, blonding, color corrections, or big changes, yes — a consultation helps us protect your hair and plan the best result.

How long will my appointment take?

Appointment time depends on your hair length, thickness, and the service booked. Color services and transformations usually take longer than a standard cut or refresh.

What if I’m not sure what service to book?

Choose a consultation or contact us before booking. We’ll guide you toward the right service based on your hair goals.

What happens if I’m running late?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If there is enough time, we’ll still do our best to see you, but late arrivals may need to be rescheduled.
